Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the hardware to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack with Care
Securely place all tracks, rollers, and mounting hardware in their original packaging to ensure no damage occurs during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned items for resale condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
